Cologuard, the official colon cancer screening partner of the PGA TOUR, and the American Family Insurance Championship, invite you to join PGA TOUR Champions players and fans in the fight against cancer by signing on to the Colon Cancer Screening Pledge.

The number two cancer killer in the United States, colon cancer takes the lives of 50,000 Americans per year -- more than both breast cancer (41,000/year) and prostate cancer (26,000/year). However, the good news is colon cancer is preventable through screening and highly treatable when detected early. That’s why Cologuard and three-time PGA TOUR Champions winner Jerry Kelly are working to raise awareness about the importance of screening.

The Colon Cancer Screening Pledge asks individuals over age 50 to commit to getting screened for colon cancer, and those under 50 to talk to their friends and family members about the importance of screening. (Age 50 is when colon cancer screening for average risk individuals is recommended to begin).

Launched on tour at the 2018 Cologuard Classic in Tucson, Arizona, the pledge has been signed by more than 75 PGA TOUR Champions players and an ever-growing number of golf fans. Now it’s Madison’s turn!

To take part fight against cancer, sign the pledge and be entered to win great prizes, visit the Cologuard booth located near the 14th green at the AmFam Championship, or the Cologuard Pledge page. All eligible individuals who take the pledge will be entered to win a VIP experience at the 2019 AmFam Championship, complete with player and celebrity meet-and-greets, apparel package, priority parking and concert tickets. And, Cologuard will recognize each pledge commitment with a $1 donation to the Steve Stricker American Family Insurance Foundation.
